The entire staff was awesome and friendly.
Horrible experience, Mananger Brain didn’t like that refused service as I was coming to get break pad changed and he informed me that I need rotors also for 2 back breaks everything was almost $500 so is said never mind, I come to pick up my car and I asked to see the pictures as he show me rotors thru my tire so of course I couldn’t see what he was talking about, he got very outraged and I was telling him I didn’t understand that looked fine to me, he started to state that he doesn’t want to put the break pads on ok fine. Great service, honest and reliable
Richard is a gray guy he made me comfortable and took care of business the best
I've been to this particular location twice now. Once to buy and install tires; second for an oil change. While both were very positive experiences, the second visit revealed some horrific finds that were left over from the last service I had at Team Chevrolet e.g. caps left off three resevoirs resulting is filthy oil, brake fluid and a nearly dry radiator.
