This was my first time using this location. Having moved to the area recently. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and made the appointment. Monday morning at 8 they took my car and by 10:30 had a detailed estimate for me. Ed called and emailed me the information and discussed options. Extensive work was done and the job was done by the end of the day. Very pleased how well everything went.
Made an appointment for a diagnostic. I get there and there is no appt in the system. The owner said the covering manager didn’t put it in. Even though I had a text message confirming the appt. He said I can leave my car when my appt was to wait for it. It wasn’t a major problem, I took it to another place without an appointment and they fixed it in 5 minutes for free!!
