Took car in for alignment. Got the text to approve. Approved. Got another text stating tires need to be replaced, denied this one. I'm doing the tires elsewhere. Didn't hear from them all day until i called at 4pm. They stated they wouldn't do the alignment until the tires are replaced. I plan to try other Auto Repair places going forward due to poor communication after this experience.
NEVER AGAIN!! I needed an engine sensor replaced, quoted $800+. Turned out Emily (rude and doesn't understand customer service) tacked on services to my estimate that were not needed or requested. The sensor was quoted to cost $100 and total job would have been over $300 plus $165 for diagnostics. The sensor cost us $15, and my husband replaced in 10 minutes. I would leave zero stars if I could.
Great service! The team was friendly, professional, and got my oil change done quickly. They explained everything clearly, checked a few other things on my car, and didn’t try to upsell. Definitely a smooth, 5-star experience!
No honest。
Meineke has always been honest with us about the necessity of car repairs. They do work in a timely fashion and have great communication. I highly recommend them if you need car repairs.
