For 2004 Lexus rx330, this workshop gave me $2013 price quote for the following job: 1. replacing knock sensors, 2. Intake manifold gasket, 3 coolant bypass pipe . This is way overpriced estimate. Grok tells me this price is 2 to 3 times higher than normal workshop’s charge. Be careful with their price quote!
They explained everything well and kept me updated throughout the process. I got a fair assessment. It was nice that they provided options…both short term fix or proactive work. I will go back to this location due to the honesty and friendly service.
Update: while their advisors customer service was initially good, I had to go back in to replace the alternator on my vehicle a second time after the first one they replaced failed quickly after. A few months later, I ended up broken down on the side of 45 in the middle of no where because the second alternator failed as well with a dramatic pop under the hood. Ended up stuck on the roadway for 3hrs in the middle of Texas and had to get towed an hour away to a shop in the middle of no where. The new shop figured out the cabl... read more
