I had a disappointing experience with getting my oil changed. The guy that checked me in quoted price of oil change over $100. I have a 12 year old car and have never paid that much for an oil change They have my service records, and know exactly what I get each time.I felt he was trying to up charge me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop absolutely deserves one. I’ve been here multiple times while dealing with my rental, so I’ve gotten pretty familiar with the team and every experience has been solid. This last visit really stood out though. I was having ongoing issues with my AC/heat. It was honestly frustrating, especially being on the road so much. Alex and his team at Meineke- McKinney (North Stonebridge) knocked it out of the park! They went to work immediately fixing my brakes with new rotors, pads, and bled the brakes. I was completely surprised when they called and let me know my truck was finished in well under 2 hours! The price was what I expected and now my truck stops like a champ. I highly recommend Meineke McKinney for all your car repair needs!

The Meineke app is quite poor. Have tried to reset my password SEVERAL times. The reset email never shows up (Yes, my anccount exists b/c the local franchise tells me they can see my email address). And since I cannot sign in, I cannot find franchise locations when I am out of town. You would think I could simply punch in a zip code to find a store location. Nope. You have to be signed in (which I cannot because I never receive the reset password) and I don’t want to give the app permission to my GPS.
