I went to Meineke for a routine oil change. Our car is so quiet it doesn’t even sound like it’s on. After the oil change, the car was sputtering, hesitating, stalling, and jumping from regular to EV mode. The check engine light came on. My wife called the assistant manager. She was told to tow the car in. I looked under the hood and noticed the crank case positive ventilation hose was detached. I’m grateful for my service here. There were three critical things done that none of the three other places I’ve taken my vehicle to be serviced at pointed out to me. Two of these places included dealerships. Ginger was respectful and kind. The rest of the staff, although I didn’t have much interaction with them, did what they were supposed to. They also serviced my vehicle faster than expected! I’m also grateful for the fact Ginger was willing to go out of her way to find me more affordable tire rod ends that replaced ones... read more

These guys did a great job. I had a car sitting for a couple years needing a lot of repairs. They mentioned it and I let them know I’m doing them. I like that they weren’t pushy, they did exactly what I asked for a fair price. They were also fast and thorough. Would recommend 100%
