No complaints. Even got dropped off and picked up at my home nearby while service was performed. Definitely will be returning.
while the people behind the counter were very kind , the prices for the work were absolutely absurd. Nearly $300 for a new battery. A new battery typically cost &120 which means i paid over $150 for someone to put in the new battery. ??? It was my first time there and was there due to an emergency while out of town but I would never ever return. Felt very cheated. I stopped by this Meineke after having my front tires replaced at another shop. That shop wasn’t able to do the alignment because my control arms needed to be replaced. I explained the situation to the store manager, Sasha, and also let him know that I had a vehicle warranty, but every time I’ve tried to use it in the past, my claims were always denied. From greeting to receiving my final invoice the service was Fantastic ! Walked in needing brake service as it was mid day on a Saturday and the customer service team was more then happy to assist . Upfront on the assessment and service needed . Highly recommended coming here no pressure sales and customer service that is not stressful.
