No matter what problem I'm having with my car, Meineke diagnoses and fixes it quickly. The service is outstanding by Mike and his crew. I wont take my car anywhere else!

Because I was a female the old man (he looked in his late 70’s) at the front desk was blatantly sexist to me. He questioned me on why I knew I should get a tire rotation. He also asked me my license plate number then added “I don’t expect you to know this”. When I was trying to learn about when I should replace my brake pads, he became very condescending and started questioning me on what I knew about break pads and the rotor… then continued to give me his number for when I “decide to do something about the break pads”. The people themselves were very kind however within 1 month the muffler and piping they fixed broke because they didn’t fasten the screw and it came off and detached . This was very dangerous in the middle of driving. I called and they couldn’t see me until the end of the week and I had to take it into another mechanic to fix it after huge loud vibrating noises were coming from the car without ceasing.
