Had a best experience at total recon auto center in laurel. Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the service and my car looks and feels like as if nothing ever happened to it. Highly recommended!
Only work on teslas
This shop is excellent. The communication and service are outstanding. And the repair work is perfect. My car came back looking brand new after being hit by a garbage truck. Special shout out to Andrew, Alfonso, and Nick who made everything easy for me and dealt with all my questions. On top of the amazing team and attention to detail in the garage, my loaner was a Model Y Juniper with 15 miles on it when handed over to me. I went in for an oil change for my Mercedes Benz and to my surprise, it was a free oil change! I earned enough points from the major repairs with my other vehicle. However, I am a little disappointed that you guys are temporarily closing your Whisky Bottom location. I will miss the convenience. Thank you for your great service.
