Work was done fast and assume well
I visited Florissant MO location for diagnostics regarding my A/C not cooling. The guy at the front desk was so rude and nasty. He should not be doing customer service. I signed up for service, stepped out, then after reflecting on how rude and unprofessional he talked to me, I went back in, cancelled the appointment, and told him I will schedule it in another location.

I came in this month for a tire rotation and oil change. I stated this in my online scheduling request and again requested both the oil change and tire rotation in person when I dropped my car off. But when the receipt for my service was sent to me I found that they had only done the oil change. I specifically asked for both twice. Not pleased that I need to make a second trip for what could have been completed in one visit.
