Nick continues to knock it out of the park. I had a problem with my car that was going to cost me several thousands of dollars out of pocket or require me to file an insurance claim. I trusted Nick to assess the situation and he was able to fix it for only a couple hundred dollars. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
Don't waste your time. They take appointments online, but cant actually match the times on the website... annoying, but at least they call to reschedule. But when you actually speak to someone to reschedule... show up on time and are told they can no longer take you... that's a deal breaker for me. They obviously have customer contact information because they called to reschedule the first time... but no decency to give a heads up... and to make matters worse no apologies. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the West Seattle Meineke. Nick’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole process easy and stress-free from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was clearly explained and handled quickly. Special thanks to their technician, Asa, who helped get my car safely out of the street and into the shop without any fuss at all. It’s rare to find a team that works this smoothly together while making you feel completely taken care of. Highly recommend!
