Customer service was ehh. The stuff they quoted me for afterwards wouldn’t be worth what they want for it. And the price is different every time I go there somehow. Last time I went it was $65, before that it was $70 something, now somehow it was almost $85 on the same car for the same oil change. And it took them over a hour to change my oil with 2 cars there total one getting an oil change before I got there. Probably won’t come back unless I need to cuz they aren’t super professional at this location.

I’m so glad to have this mechanic in the neighborhood. He is easy to talk with and understand. Never makes you feel stupid and is super kind. I trust him and that’s a hard trait to find these days.

service was good, just don't understand the appointments format that they have when they really start working on my car an hour after set appointment. i went in at 9:00am, and my car wasn't taken into the shop until 10:00am. i went in for a regular oil change which shouldn't take more than 40mins tops, and i set an early appointment according to the rest of the errands i had to run throughout the day. after almost 2 hours, i simply asked what was taking so long, and the front desk man told me i "have to have some patience ma... read more
