I strongly believe I paid too much. I took in an older jeep that had been neglected for a few years and had a rusted exhaust system and the check engine light for the failed exhaust. Despite having other choices I took it to Meineke because I wanted an OEM system installed. After looking over the vehicle I was told I needed a complete new system “from the header back” and asked to approve the work to install an OEM system to include the O2 sensor. I took my car to Meineke for a noise that I noticed that was concerning as well as noticing the check engine light illuminated. The technician diagnosed the problem as the radiator shutter assembly and motor. The repair was a little more time consuming due to removal of the front bumper, but Meineke was able to complete the job the same day and in a timely manner. Everyone was professional and they kept me informed of the progress along the way. My car is now running smoothly with no noise.
