The guys were fast, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I was very happy to do business with them and will return for future needs.
I was told a tire mount and balance would take 45 minutes, but it took over three hours, throwing off my schedule. One tire was installed incorrectly and had to be remounted and rebalanced, showing a serious lack of attention to detail. I was quoted $99 for TPMS, but the final bill was $229. Despite repeated claims of honesty and transparency, staff did not provide an out-the-door price upfront. When I raised concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the manager. We needed a total brake job and we needed it quick. This particular Meineke's employees were on it. When you need it you need it and they came through.
The guys were awesome and they had my tire fixed really fast. I’ll be going back
