We were out of town and had a major issue with our brakes and thought it would be really expensive, but they got us in right away, treated us right, and got us back on the road!
Most recent experience was exhaust inspection (work done in June 2025), oil change, and brakes on November 1, 2025. I've never felt so disrespected in my lifetime of paying for services. I was told I didn't need to be asked about what oil to put into my vehicle because we only follow the Dealership's recommendation. Tech didn't even reset oil life monitor. The guys were fast, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I was very happy to do business with them and will return for future needs.
I was told a tire mount and balance would take 45 minutes, but it took over three hours, throwing off my schedule. One tire was installed incorrectly and had to be remounted and rebalanced, showing a serious lack of attention to detail. I was quoted $99 for TPMS, but the final bill was $229. Despite repeated claims of honesty and transparency, staff did not provide an out-the-door price upfront. When I raised concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the manager.
