Do NOT use the Shelbyville, IN Meineke!!! They are a NIGHTMARE to deal with!!! They had our car for OVER A MONTH!!! They said they would fix things the did NOT even touch!!! We had a coupon that applied but they were TOO LAZY to "make some phones calls" (as per what they said) to apply it!!! This is INSANE!! We have a son with Special Needs and had to cancel appointments because of this, and they did NOT care at all!! They have NO RESPECT for their customers!!
They were so nice at Shelbyville! Hopefullly it’s fixed. He wants me to call him and let him know! Very satisfied with CarShield too!
Ridiculous you dont accept cash payment
Would NOT recommend! I instructed my wife to get another opinion and my son, a mechanic gave an honest assessment that along with another repair shop, saved us thousands in unneeded replacement parts and repairs. It just needed a new battery, fellers!
