Excellent service - Paul Barr - Honest, Helpful, Patience. I've been to multiple car places over the years and various repairs. I had an inspection done. He is by far the best in terms of overall service and really each aspect. He didn't try to overcharge or up sell and took his time. Also, I did see he had a 2024 customer award, which definitely makes sense based on my experience. He even called to touch base on the status of his advice.
Great customer service, communication, and clarity with their inspection and online job approval system. Good price on oil change and tires with coupon. Choosing to do brakes myself as their price was a bit steep.
Had tire rods replaced drove it of lot it began shaking badly. I had to park vehicle. I can’t get manager to return my call. I made a complaint immediately $769 down the drain
