Now I’ve gone to this Meineke plenty of times. I’ve even written a review prior to this one (now deleted). This last visit was by far the worst. I set an appointment for 1 pm 11/19/20 and it was literally only to change the oil and light bulbs. After dropping my car off and waiting two hours without hearing anything back I decided on my own cognition to call. I went in for brakes and rotors which the parts cost a little over $300 and they told me that it was going to be over a thousand for what the work that needed done... I took it to Connecticut discount muffler and brake and paid more than $300 less

When I brought my car in to get checked out, Manny the owner worked on my car. He was very nice and was very easy to talk to. He also didnt try to sell me anything else and wasn't pushy, which I appreciated alot. I wasnt expecting the amount of money I had to pay to get everything fixed, but I'm really glad that I was able to get it all done.

Manny was so polite, knowledgeable, comforting and trustworthy. Very professional and seemed to really care about the job that he did gor my vehicle.
