They are courteous and professional I never have to wait long they tell me exactly what I need and their price is cheaper than anywhere I have looked I will always go to Meineke on Weber Road in Romeoville 🙂
At one point, this facility was highly recommended, but ever since they brought on Jose, my experiences have gone downhill. I’ve brought all three of my vehicles here, and every interaction with Jose has been dismissive and unprofessional. He comes across as untrustworthy, and what once felt like a customer-focused business now feels like a place trying to take advantage of people.
