Really wanted to like these guys. At the front desk, Tim does a great job, and has been helpful. But the lead mechanic can be testy. Last two experiences were not great. The failed to reset an engine light after a service and when my wife went back, they told her it was not their problem and her gas cap was probably loose. Fortunately she stood her ground and after 45 minutes, they finally reset the light.
