It was great. They made sure I got to use my points for an oil change. Very nice and service was fast.
The technicians very pleasant and did not try to up sell me beyond the service i brought the car in for - the invoice indicated what they found (brake status) so i appreciated that but there was absolutely no pressure!
I called up and got a same day appointment to change my oil, I was in and out in under an hour.
They will rip you off, not rotate tires, try to get you to change your breaks when they don't need changed!! Full experience (of multiple visits!) below. it is long!! I sent this message to corporate as well. Bottom line is that they likely scammed me into changing my brakes once, tried to do it twice! They also didn't rotate my tires AT LEAST once (on a 4-wheel drive car!), and over inflated my tires nearly 20 psi higher than the max rating! ... Continue Reading
