I was told, by Kellie, that I'd get my next oil change for free since they didn't put the correct washer on. It leaked, I took it to Kia (paid $50) to get it done right. I called for my free oil change (again talked to Kelli) and it had disappeared from their computer where she told me she had put in all the info the prior yr. In other words, one way or the other, I was lied to.
