Complete rip off. My check engine light came on so I called for an appointment and was told to come at 3pm. I arrived and presented them with a print out from Auto Zone that had the code for why the light was on. At 5:45 pm I hadnt heard anything about the car and the black lady with the bad wig asked could I bring the car back tomorrow when I called. When I asked, do I pay tomorrow? She hung up in my face. I used groupon for my oil change, I was happy about the price, but was very disappointed and almost decided against having my care serviced there, due to a previous client was yelling and screaming because the technician forgot to put the oil cap on properly and the oil spilt out and there was all this yelling in front of me from both the technician and customer. That was not a good feeling, hearing this two cursing back and forth. The only reason I stayed was because I couldn't get a hold of groupon, I wanted a refund.
