Deteriorating relationship over 6 yrs. Too much turnover of techs and service Mgr. They misdiagnosed a dead battery that wasn't dead but drained it turned out by the radio system costing me $175 for the new battery as well as three roadside assists from my insurance when the new battery kept dying, necessitating out of pocket $ to fix a flat tire and when I drove to Meineke which made an appt to fix the tire, the owner wrote up an order, took my keys and had me wait 45 min then told me the techs wouldn't work on my car b/c ... read more
