Over the last 2 years I've had 4 experiences with this location, the first one was good with the front lobby, bad with the mechanic; then the second one had an appointment for state inspection, however no certified inspector because they fired him; the third time was a "bait and switch" for an oil change mailer for $25 that this location refused to honor; and finally this time. I have done the Oil change here several times. The service is Good for Simple Oil-Change but I am not sure about the other stuffs as I have never done anything else apart from Oil Change. The staffs are friendly. They can give us an close estimate for all your repair before literally doing it.
Worst place ever, just called to ask a couple of questions and the man who answered the phone was the rudest man ever. They don't even want to answer your questions, he acted like I was bothering him with my questions, never go to Midas in Irving
