Horrible experience. Older guy named Ron with a mustache and gray hair was extremely rude. I purchased a $50 groupon, and was told I was responsible for a $10.87 recycling oil fee. He also gave me a hard time after notifying him that on last week I called to schedule an appointment and was told they do not schedule appointments on saturdays, as it is their busiest days.
