Asked to have them install a muffler that I purchased elsewhere and they refused to do so. Would only install something I purchased from them. There is zero reason for this as the only thing they would be responsible for as a shop is the quality of their installation as the warranty on the product is more than likely covered by the manufacturer. Makes me feel like all they care about is selling you their product not their services. They we're very polite on the phone though.

I called first asking how much to install headlights in my altima they tell me $30 then when i get there they tell me its going to be $70 even thougjt i brought my own lights..so then they say they cant do it and charged me for laber. So i cane got no work done and had to pay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MECHANICS

I went to my nearest meineke to take advantage of meinekes offer, "free oil change for veterans on Veterans Day". The gentleman behind the counter stated his store doesn't participate in the offer.

Terrible experience!! Dave, the mechanic was unable to understand me when I asked for the front "springs" to be replaced on my truck. I dropped off the truck to get the repair, and when I arrived Dave had replaced the "Schock's" on my truck and told me that I was missing a front spring!!! Are you kidding me?!?! I was forced to pay for the service I never requested, and to make matters worse when I contacted Meineke corporate customer service they told me that they were unable to help me because the location is a franchise th... read more
