I went in for a tune up and four days later I still haven’t gotten a price estimate, a call back or any type of update.

I ran over something that punctured my new tires. I was heading to a conference so this was a huge inconvenience. Also, I have a BMW 7-Series and they don’t have a spare. I went to the closest place “tires plus” and was told I’d have to wait over 2 hours just for them to look at my car. I called Meineke and they were able to see me immediately! It was quick and easy service. I was back on the road before I knew it. Thanks guys!!
Awesome place to take your car, I took a chance with my Mercedes Benz and I'm so happy that I did. The customer service was awesome and they really took care of my Benz with half the cost from the dealer. I was able to fix everything that was requested by the dealer. I will definitely be coming back! Mr Allen and Mr Scott definitely knows how to take care of the customers!!
