Horrible Customer Service I walked into the Crystal Meineke this morning (9/24) and asked how much I would be charged to have the bleeder screws replaced on the rear of my pickup truck. The first words out of the gentleman's mouth were "I'm not interested". I asked what he meant by this and he asked a few more questions about the service that I needed. mantovani Joe and Scott are a rare commodity. After Tires Plus, Firestone, and 2 different Mazda dealers totally mis-diagnosed and charged my friend a total of $1400, I finally took the car to these guys. The noise we had been trying to fix for 2 years was fixed correctly for under $200. Since, I have returned to Crystal Meineke several times for help.
Good car place I've had work done on my car at Meineke and they did a great job. It was reasonably priced and easy to get to.
