Horrible staff, manager stole money poor workmanship never again lost I used my Meinke card and I got a call from owner that I did not pay for things and I did luckily I had all my receipts!!
RecommendedFantastic service - my brakes failed, down to the rotors, living in CT driving to NY I didnt have time to get them fixed - sat. 8am i walked into Meineke on washington st. and immediately was waited on brakes and rotors replaced and they identified a tire that needs to be replaced to keep my driving safe. they were kind, efficient and responsive. doesn't get much better! thank you!

Kevin - Manager and his team at Middletown, Ct Meineke have been great! I took my car there the first time to get my brakes fixed. They took really good care of me and did not try to have me spend more then I needed to. Very rare! Next I went to have my blinkers fixed. the casing was no good. Again they took care or me and did not try to make me spend more then I needed to. They have earned my business and trust, and i will continue to give and recommend their business! Horrible service they close at 6 but don’t take anybody 5min after 5
Everyone was very helpful and they also made it very practical and affordable for what I needed. And great recommendations so I've decided to go back for more work which was long overdue and affordable as well.
