Very honest and kind!
This group of mechanics lied to me recently. They told me I needed $3,000 worth of work done on my vehicle and that I wouldn’t pass inspection. Their main concern was selling me tires and lying about the safety of my vehicle. Turns out I got a second opinion and my car was perfectly fine. I got tested for inspection and passed with NONE of the required fixed mineke told me needing to be completed. They are scamming people.
Excellent customer service. I did not have an appointment, however, the shop worked with me to get the car in the following morning. Very helpful. Clear communication on what was needed and/or recommended service.
Walked in thinking it was one thing which would likely be expensive. Turned out not to be what I thought. Was a much smaller and less expensive issue. They explained in detail and got to work fixing the issue! I was in and out in under 45 minutes with the problem resolved and they checked what I thought it was and confirmed that all was well with what I thought the problem was. Fast. Friendly and Efficient! HIGHLY recommend!!
