I CHECKED THE 5 STAR REVIEWERS, THEY AREN'T EVEN REAL PEOPLE. (except for the one or two who are actually employees) This place is shady beyond description. If I could rate 0 I would. The 'mechanic' initially tried to overcharge me. He retracted his original estimate because I had proof that the I had been charged less for the same job. I went in for an oil change and they didnt put one of my tires back on completely. They literally lost one of the lug nuts and then got mad at me for wondering how that happens. Terrible service. Wish I could give negative stars
Do not bring you car here... I brought my truck for a oil change and they gave me the "oh you need a transmission flush" pitch. I asked them how long it'll take and they say fifteen minutes, two hours later I'm driving home. Four hours go by and I have a puddle of transmission fluid under my truck. I bring it back and "problem fixed". The next morning I come out and there is an even bigger puddle, so I take it back. After sitting there for three hours I eventually walk home, two days later I get my truck back. What really up... read more
HATED IT!!! If i could give ZERO stars I would!!! They are the WORST shop I have ever been to!!!! NEVER I REPEAT NEVER go here!! They ripped us off!!! I opened my hood And they left my battery DANGLING my air filter open and didn't do anything they charged me for!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! WORST SERVICE, WORST EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!
The supposid owner cancelled my appointment due to weather and didn't even have the decency to call me about it. When I showed up, he unapologetically told me the store was closed then laughed at me when I expected a phone call for my cancelled appointment. After reading past reviews I was hesitant to come to this place, and with management like that it's no surprise this place is a shithole. I will definitely be filing a complaint with their corporate office because this display of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated.
