Scam. He tells you what you want to hear, takes your money, then verbally promises to get right on it. You, on the other hand, have signed a $2000 retainer fee that explicitly says he doesn't have to do anything until you've paid it all up front. There's no record of his promise, so there's nothing you can do. That's when Randall and Gayle stop taking your calls and go on vacation.

I live in America. Randall Osgood and Gayle Ness sent me a fraudulent check from my Dad's estate. When I told them about it, they told me to return the check to them and they will resend a new check. I returned the check and received tracking confirmation that it was delivered a week ago and now they are ignoring all my calls and emails. Gayle sent me a bad check with my name spelled wrong and no bank will deposit it in America. When I call she never replies to any of my calls or emails. Now I have a check I can't deposit or cash..
