They decide what to fill and when to fill it, not your doctors! Good luck getting prescription refills even three days early to go out of town on vacation. This was for a simple blood pressure medicine! It takes days to get even very basic prescriptions filled. Similar situations on multiple occasions!
Great all around place!!! They keep them perks on hand
Very disappointed in the pharmacy at this Meijer went to go get my prescriptions as I normally do found out. I didn’t have my prescription card so I had my wife send it to me and my phone so I could get the prescriptions paid for I was told by management and the Pharmacy Jacob, that they would not allow me to use my card because it was on my phone. They had to have it in person some new policy that they have within the last five or six months. I’m being told I don’t understand the difference why they have to hold the card in... read more
I continually have problems with this pharmacy. I will definitely be looking for a new one at this point. They never have my meds in when they are supposed to. I even called ahead today to make sure my script was filled and ready for pick up the lady told me she had to check of they had it came back and said yes and she could have it ready in a half hour. So I waited and left work to get it just to get there and have her tell me she has nothing filled and needs to see if they have any because it doesn't come in until tomorro... read more
