The online app or website doesn't work. They don't give notices when medications are ready. I'm going to transfer my scripts elsewhere. This has been going on too long. Yet another reason I don't have to go to Meijer. I quit shopping there for the most part, this makes me have no reason to ever step in the store again. Their quality has gone down, veges don't last, have to worry about lab grown meat. I'm done.
Meijer pharmacy isn't good about answering the phone. Second time couldn't get though after long wait on hold.
When an automated message calls you to tell you they have a question about your prescription and you need to call them back so you call back and wait as #1 in que for 15minutes just to be told it’s ready for pick up and one of the items is just over the counter pick up instead of a prescription. If you are going to call me it better be a person on the other end of the line not an automated message to tell me to call you send a text that is what they are for!
I would definitely choose a different pharmacy. Especially when you have heart medication. Not a reliable place for your medication.
