Wow. I was astounded at how monotone, rude, and unhelpful this pharmacy was. When I kindly asked them to please let me know the side effects they said “well obviously you’ll have more of what it treats for a few days and a couple side effects” when no, it’s not obvious to me, actually. I’m not a pharmacist…that is why I asked… Then they insisted I didn’t have a profile, when I do, and they said I had to let them know it’s under “Katherine.” I get that, but “Katie” is a common nickname for Katherine. I have no issues with the pharmacy itself. My issue is the placement of the kiosk at the drive thru window. Terrible placement. Lol.

I have very basic routine medication. Not the antidote to Ebola or anything crazy like that. The last six times (yes, seriously six times) I've been to pick up my prescriptions they've been out of medicine - sold out - gone - sorry about your luck. The phone AI person always says they'll be ready for pick up at a certain time that day and I'll show up that day or even the next day and they still won't be available. I needed to find a medication in an emergency. Waited over 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Called the store, waited another 20 minutes and she put me right back to the same line. I could've driven there, waited in line, but never again. I'll pay double somewhere else from now on.
