They never answer the phone
The staff is friendly but they are very unreliable with having my medicine in stock. Has happened multiple times with multiple medications
Basis eye drops for my infant daughter were out of stock after waiting 4 hours for the prescription to be filled at 3. No call or email saying they’re out, I had to go there in person to be informed. My options were come back tomorrow at 3 and try again. Called Walgreens and it was ready in an hour. Our auto parts stores have better logistics and inventory specialists. Sad
