My son has to go without much-needed medication’s every month because the medication’s are always late coming in. I refill the prescription on the phone. Estimated refill time is always the next day and then the next day I come and it’s not ready. He’s had to go three days without a highly monitored medication that he requires to function. My grandmother went a couple days ago to pick up her prescription and Madison told her that her savings card was “defunded by the government” which wasn’t true it just expired. My grandmother called my mother (a pharmacist what works at a different pharmacy) and she set up a new card for my grandmother. My grandmother went in today and I accompanied her to pick up the prescription, we got Madison again and she had a very disrespectful demeanor to my grandmother. I have never had such rude people on the phone from anywhere in my life. It is really getting out of hand. I called to ask a question about a refill and if I needed to call the doctor and the lady berated me then hung up. This is unacceptable

Reliable and consistent I'd say. Overall monthly prescription refill generally will be stocked, although, a few times I had to wait a day for it to be shipped in store. Pretty sure that's a distributor issue not the pharmacy. Staff was helpful and quick to give the information I needed in the meantime.
