Never has medication in stock. Consistently has to order in the same prescription every month an so it takes 4-5 days to get it filled. Going to have to switch to a different pharmacy.
Called to ask price of script. They told me and told me they would be ready by 6. Got there at 630 and only one was ready. Was informed that they couldn't fill the other one . When I asked why she said she would have pharmacist tell me. He proceeded to just sit in his chair, answer the phone and tell her to tell me the issue. I love this pharmacy 99.9 % of the time. Most everyone is great. Pharmacist that gave me my vaccinations was fabulous. But....I just called to refill a prescription and the person that answered the phone had zero social skills. After answering my call with a greeting I stated what I wanted there was absolute silence. Just to let y'all know, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES GETTING PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED! Sign up on their app; u can reorder your prescriptions & CHECK THE STATUS! They are always super nice & helpful for me, but yes-busy. If they was all just standing around doing nothing, I could see y'all complaining, but they are all busting their butts (most of the time short staffed)! Cut them a little slack ❤️
