Everytime we visit this place, it’s always something new depending on who is taking care of you. Meds are never ready. Always have to call to remind them to fill them and then wait which has messed my refill dates up greatly. There is zero consistency or concern. I get some medication here once every couple months, there is the occasional issue with my medication being out of stock or my insurance being funky because it’s a controlled substance, but the employees do their best to help whenever an issue pops up. One of the employees also told me about GoodRx a couple years back. I appreciate it, because otherwise I’d be paying a lot more. It sucks that I have to take medication to live normally, but it is nice that I know I won’t have a bad experience picking it up here.
If you want to wait over two weeks for a medication that’s important, go right ahead! Otherwise seek a different pharmacy asap! Slow pharmacy that is always making excuses.
Worst pharmacy to deal with. Rude, lazy, incompetent, staff that’ll find any reason to NOT do their job. Whether it’s correctly billing insurance, supplying medication ect…
