Terrible communication, they won't tell you when their prescriptions are ready, when they say that they're ready. They actually put them back. When you show up. They say that they'll have them in a half an hour but the employees stand around talking and it's more like 2 hours. Completely rude when you ask for help and they have no compassion towards anyone at the window. If you're not their personal friend, they don't give a crap about you.
I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 17 years and they do an amazing job there. They always go above and beyond duty to help me. They are always kind.
The Meijer app, especially the pharmacy app, is absolute garbage. It is plagued with errors. Mperks wont load often. I've been using Meijer pharmacy for well over 20 years and I'm done.
Always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable
Do not bother coming or filling ANY prescription here unless you are willing to put up with workers who have a nasty attitude and are lazy.
