They just cancelled a script I had on file with my doctors office. They were extremely rude when both I, and the Doctors office called to inquire. My doctors office even said "it was hard to get information from her, she was so short."
This pharmacy location itself I adore! I normally just have regular scripts I get but when if comes to needing one when sick or in pain they are understanding and try to push my scrips up so I don’t have to wait as long or the next day. Not saying they can always make that happen but they do try. Very kind and professional. 10/10 recommend!
Absolute WORSE pharmacy in Rockford. Both Tyler and Nicole suck. What's worse is you can't bring your complaints to the manager because the manager is Nicole.
