I’ve encountered multiple prescription errors at this Meijer Pharmacy—specifically when Jazmin and another team member process orders. Each mistake has forced me to drive back to the store, costing me extra time and gas, with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I recommend they implement stricter accuracy checks and consider a goodwill gesture—like a gift card or waiver of copays—to restore customer trust.
They make numerous mistakes with your prescriptions, only when Jazmin and the Asian guy are there, it is imperative regarding a prescription that special observation besides high regards are met., too many errors! You lose time and have to return quite often due to errors! Time and gas are lost and no consideration regarding a service gift card which would implement sincerity or apology for your time and gas lost due to their mistake.
Do not recommend, this place as being your regular pharmacy the assistant pharmacist Pamela is wonderful, but the lead pharmacist Jazmin is a rude, condescending, with a strong lack of personality more or less a blur! I cannot recommend Meijer Pharmacy highly enough! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions are filled accurately and on time. They take the time to answer all my questions and offer helpful advice without ever making me feel rushed.
