If your health insurance has a deal with rx maker and you have a manufacturer coupon. They will honor the health insurance electronic voucher and not the manufacturer coupon. So you have to call and have them change it to the manufacturer coupon. Also highly DO NOT get a vaccination here. They lie when you know you are able to get one. They also wont say anything u till you get here.
Have been coming here for a while, was told that meds would be ready at 11 so waited , then came back to drive thru and was told that one wouldn't be ready til 12 and the other had to be verified by Dr. That's fine, but that's not what pissed me off it's they the lady spoke to me. Now I'm not comfortable asking questions at all . This just happened 20 mins ago. Maybe I'll go somewhere else.
All they do is make mistakes and refuse to talk to you about it and hang up on you repeatedly. They won't do their job and they don't care.
Honestly being asked by the the greeter to see my pharmacy receipt as I walk out the door, not just that but the words "check the name" were used and "my manager is watching. Seems a little intrusive to me, for starters you asked to see a name with no reference to who I was, so what were you checking the name against? I walked straight to the pharmacy line, got my prescription and walked about out. Everything was in the singular bag from the pharmacy. I would love to hear an explanation.
