Forget getting meds called in for acute situations. Almost always stand in line for 20 minutes to be told “that won’t be in until tomorrow”. It’s an acute issue. The doc calls them in to start immediately. Then many times tomorrow turns in to the next day. I don’t know how many times I’ve driven there to be told “not in yet”. And don’t say sign up for text messaging. We have several times and it never works. I have a documented rare autoimmune disease and one of my meds they just quit filling after a few months.
