It tends to seem like it's a prerequisite to be a jerk to work in the pharmacy. Some are just down right rude! They do have a couple Ladies with a good attitude and I let them know I appreciate it

They never call and let you know they don’t have the medication. Twice I’ve been treated poorly and hung up on via telephone.
This pharmacy made my day today. I've struggled getting notifications for my son's Rx. Keith took the time to re-send me the link, explain how to not use the app but save to home screen, and within minutes I had the info on the Rx being in process. An hour later I get notified it was ready, a day earlier than expected. That's above and beyond. Think how many proactive "is it ready?" calls I don't have to make now. Thank you Keith and Meijer Rx Kzoo team. You've got my business now.
