This pharmacy made my day today. I've struggled getting notifications for my son's Rx. Keith took the time to re-send me the link, explain how to not use the app but save to home screen, and within minutes I had the info on the Rx being in process. An hour later I get notified it was ready, a day earlier than expected. That's above and beyond. Think how many proactive "is it ready?" calls I don't have to make now. Thank you Keith and Meijer Rx Kzoo team. You've got my business now.
I have grown up with Meijer, took it for granted until I went to other states or visiting friends tell me how amazing it is. Pharmacy is on time with extra services that save me a trip to the doctor's office. Great team.

My provider sent in two prescriptions on 6/12. I received one right away but told the other was on back order and it would be ready on the following Monday. I was never notified the RX was filled so I finally called them over a week later, only to get told the Prescription had been put back because they only hold it for five days. The person I spoke to said they had it in stock and it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. It’s pretty clear that Allie is unhappy in her role—it really shows in the way she treats customers. Her attitude and lack of basic customer service make it obvious that she doesn’t enjoy her job, and unfortunately, that negativity carries over into the entire experience
