I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy before. There is an issue with every visit. If you need consistency, dependability, good clear communication and a positive attitude from a pharmacy - then I suggest you keep looking. This isn’t it.
We have been coming to this pharmacy for a long time but I have to say that today was a very pleasant experience. SUZANNE (I hope I got the spelling correct!) was friendly and appeared happy, which made our experience happy. She helped get medication situated for us very quickly and interacted with my 3 year old. We need more smiling people to spread joy like this! Thank you!
Friendly people. They seem to run short of at least some of my Rxs sometimes. I went to pick one up three times before I finally received it. I don't blame them tho; I blame tariffs, disruptions in the supply chain, and possibly mismanagement at the factory.
