Pharmacist here are very rude, are not willing to answer any type of questions. If your medication is pain medication than your are shunned and belittled. Very rude, very unprofessional business at Meijer. I will not be going back, nor recommend besides recommend you not go here.
I have been very satisfied with Meijer pharmacy since moving my prescriptions over from CVS, due to the eradicate closing with no warning to customers. Up 7ntil yesterday that is. I changed to 90 day refills as I always do this time of year since my deductible has been met. I received 90 day refills in September no issues. I went to Meijer and was told they would not honor 90 day prescription on my trulicity, it was because of supply demands. I took my subscription back to CVS and no such problem was mentioned.
Always efficient and on time with my prescriptions. Willing to help with any issues and reordering of meds.
Meijer Pharmacy always seems to do a terrible job doing even the basics. Frequently are out of stock of basic medications. Pharmacist told me that they would order a medication that was out of stock, and to come back in a week for pickup; when I came back in a week, they told me they never ordered it or "filled it" and it was still out of stock. Told me to come back in another week. This ultimately delays care to patients who need their medication and leads to negative health outcomes.
Called with inquiry on prescription pharmacist would not answer question about stock I understand not wanting to get robbed however if I'm asking specifically about a 30 day supply of something not hard to answer very unprofessional
