I really appreciate this pharmacy. Staff has been consistently helpful/informative. On the odd occasion that my Rx is out of stock in their store, they help me find it (same day, often filled within the hour) at another one of their stores nearby.
How many times can my ancient, generic prescription be 'out of stock' ??? I have wasted hours driving to the pharmacy to be told 'out of stock' - even when it's in stock, suddenly it's out of stock. Something is wrong with this place. Stay away. I can't wait to use Kroger or Wal-Mart.
I called to switch my prescription and the tech that answered was helpful and I didn’t have to wait on hold for very long. The pharmacist herself was also very friendly and helpful.
