I have always called one day in advance to make sure I can fill my medication and today, the lady, Katherine, on the phone was extremely rude and said that I needed to call the day I don’t have any of my medication to get it refilled which means I would go without medication And unfortunately, my medication is one that they often don’t have, which means I could go days without a medication that is vital for my life. Meijer sucks.
Called twice both times was on hold "first in que" for 5 minutes and someone both times picked it up n hung up after waiting 5 minutes. Horrible customer service.
Got a text alert when prescription was being processed at that time I could see the price and drug details. Then I got a separate text with ETA pick up time and then a text when it was ready surprisingly before ETA. Lady at pharmacy was super sweet asked full name & birthday got prescription with a discount so prescription cost half make sure you use discount apps like GoodRX. Thank you Meijer pharmacy.
i called to see if i had any prescriptions ready for pickup today and the guy on the phone was extremely rude. he acted like i was inconveniencing him by asking him when my prescriptions would be ready. if you don’t like your job, get a new one!
