I called to see if a prescription was ready and they left me on hold, over 15 minutes, until after they closed and then I got an automated message saying the pharmacy was closed
The workers are always so kind and helpful.
Tyler is a horrible human being, he charged me full price when i do have insurance to cover most of my bill… then i came back for a refund and they were not able to give me one.
The employees treat everyone as if they’re drug addicts. If they don’t have the prescription in stock they’re very rude when you ask them to call another store to find out if it’s in stock. Please review and hire employees that actually want to help people. Very frustrating when you’re already in a ton of pain
