Sometimes prescriptions don't go through the way they should and can't be filled as written. When that happened at other places I was left waiting days to get it corrected. At Meijer on the day before Thanksgiving in the afternoon this happened and I was afraid I would be waiting many days to get it corrected. But the team at Meijer reached out to the doctor and got it corrected and got my medication to me before closing for the day. That was extra work they did because they care about their clients. I used really love Meijer .I switched from Kroger ...and Im not going into detail..just dnt get the same service as u used to
Pharmacy staff was wonderful. I wasn't able to get all of my meds there because they ran out of stock, but they arranged for me to pick it up at another place of my choosing. That's wonderful.
The ladies who I speak with are always rude. Act like they aren’t there to work. God forbid you interrupt there “phone time”. Ontop of poor service, they never have anything. And it takes them forever to get things in (if they even ever do). My kids are on caresource, and the pharmacist is always trying to get me to BUY OVER THE COUNTER INSTEAD OF SIMPLY FILLING THE PRESCRIPTION!!! Which goes back to them being LAZY and wanting nothing to do w anything but their phone screens. Pathetic.
I love the loyal people at Meijer pharmacy. I've been going there for 8yrs. I have bad anxiety and a little OCD and the are very kind to me.
