I've never had any issues. Always friendly and courteous.
Without the app it becomes such a hassle to fill and pick up prescriptions, and the place it self wasn't great.
Meijer? More like LIAR. On three separate occasions now, I have used the app to check when my prescription will be ready, have it said it was ready so I went to pick it up, and lo and behold, the medicine is not ready. In fact, the pharmacists have no record of me requesting a refill. So I have to start the whole process over again and hope they actually tell the truth when they tell me my prescription is ready for pickup. Always friendly and prescriptions are always ready
Technician was extremely rude and lazy. Tried to tell me they didn’t take my insurance, asked her to manually put it in and attempt to process (I’m a pharmacist myself) it, she denied the possibility of this. Finally the pharmacist came over and got it corrected and the tech walked away and gave me ugly looks from a distance while the pharmacist helped me. Very disappointed with this pharmacy.
