The New Pharmacy app is a complete joke,how are Seniors suppose to navigate this site with having to do so many steps just to get into it, instead of texting a verification code you must wait for a phone call with the code and then go back to the site to enter the code, then once that is done your scripts pop up but you can't read them unless you go back to a menu and add read scripts,way too many steps for everyone at this point, again this wellness app is a joke,good luck everyone trying to figure it all out.
Why text me my prescriptions are ready if they arent ready? Received text it was ready, show up to pick it up, only to be told it won't be ready for another 2-3 hours. HOW IS THAT READY?!?!?!?
