Not happy…. The drive thru is down , broken
Today I had the most unprofessional and distasteful conversation with the pharmacist (I didn’t catch her name but I’m sure it’s probably the same person the other reviews are about). This location has very poor communication and does not inform people of prescriptions being out of stock. When I processed my frustration (very respectfully and calmly) the pharmacist told me “well if you didn’t request a refill at the last minute this wouldn’t be an issue” even though my request was sent two days prior…. It was fast and efficient
Went today to get prescription prices, just left Walmart down the road. They happily helped. Here the manager and 3 other workers wanted nothing to do with me. SHAMEFUL customer experience, you all should be FIRED. What has happened to good old fashion customer service, not found here in Lincoln Park SHAMEFUL DISRESPECTFUL
Very rude! Because I need my pain meds..I'm treated like a junkie. Par for the coarse anymore. Sad
