I have signed up for text alerts numerous times and have even had the pharmacy staff review the account, and they say it should be all fixed, however, I have never received any text alerts for my medication. I have used the Quick Refill option on the Meijer App thinking that my prescription is going to be refilled and after I have not heard anything I called to check on the status and it wasn't even worked. I wish I could go back to using Walgreens Pharmacy but my insurance won't let me.
Try to avoid if you can many issues with this Pharmacy over the years from busy and the long waiting long lines to mixing up the medications and having a wrong medication submit they don't follow the procedure where they supposed to give you consultation and ask you about the medication they use the staff that's not well trained I'll avoid by all means
Love the drive through. Usually get great service
