When I called to check on my mother's prescription at the westland pharmacy. I asked to speak to Andy and I was told he was not there. I told them it was a woman who I spoke with simply because of the voice. When I insisted it was a woman I spoke with the employees got very nasty and rude. I just wanted to make sure they would get me to the right person. My mother was running out of her prescription that night. I don't care what anybody's gender is. I was getting my scripts from Meijer for a year.i am a chronic pain patient.Recently my meds were not filled bc they said there was no "diagnostic code." I questioned the pharmacist as I was never told this before.She was very judgemental saying "you take a lot".I informed her my doctor prescribes this & she should not pass judgements on me. It is her job to dispense ordered meds. My doctor provided the requested code.Then I get a voice mail saying they will fill it this time but are refusing any further prescription for me.... read more

Not sure if this location only, but when I call, pharmacist says, it will take couple of hours to get ready. If I dont call days, no one will call and prescription will not be ready. There is no automated system at all. I have to call to check if my prescription is ready or not and no one will inform me if prescription is ready or not. I hope Pharmacy meets the same standard as Meijer store.
