Nice employees but slow service
This pharmacy never has my scripts ready even a day or two after the script is sent. I’ve driven up there several times and they act like they didn’t see it. Idk how it happens but this is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. They just don’t have it together. Doesn’t matter how long they’ve had the script. A day, a week, somehow it’s never ready!
DO NOT GO HERE. They literally hold your prescription hostage and try to act like they’re your parents or something. Talk to you like you’re a straight up piece of dog crap. I have clarified the “rules” with the pharmacist multiple times, yet they make up their own rules every other day. This place seriously needs some new management. When I called to check on my mother's prescription at the westland pharmacy. I asked to speak to Andy and I was told he was not there. I told them it was a woman who I spoke with simply because of the voice. When I insisted it was a woman I spoke with the employees got very nasty and rude.
