The worst pharmacy. Other than usually having my meds in stock every other aspect of this pharmacy is terrible. Long wait times. Not automatically filling my scripts. I get the same meds the 23 of every month. But for some reason I have to call every morning that day or they just won’t fill it. Not to mention the rude employee behind the counter wearing the death Vader full face mask. I’ve currently been on hold for 22 minutes and I’m caller number one. If you value yourself or your time go to another pharmacy.
They are busy and I guess understaffed but never a problem
I called to see if my Rx was ready to be picked up because I’ve had numerous prior issues with my script being ready DAYS after it’s been called in and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and proceeded to audibly sigh and ask if I get updates when my script is ready. I’m sorry, I didn’t know doing YOUR JOB was such an issue. After I pick my prescription up today I will promptly be switching pharmacies

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! I’ve had nothing but bad service in the last 3 months switching to Brighton Meijer.. scripts have been in for a week and not completed. They won’t allow consistent (auto) prescriptions to come through. Hours of this location is terrible! I work 12 hour days. 7am-7pm; 6 days a week; 1 hour away from home.. This means I have 1 day I have to get my prescription and I called to make sure it would be ready 4 days before hand, upon pick up I was told nothing was done and come back tomorrow at 2pm..
