Would rate pharmacy customer service as very poor. Had a prescription called in and received an auto message advising it would not be available for 24+ hours. Advised I needed sooner as I was traveling and person answering phone told me to call other Meijer pharmacies and ask if they had in stock and then call them back and they could forward prescription to location where I found. Not my idea of customer service.
Not always the quickest and most efficient way to get my prescriptions. I prefer to go elsewhere. *edited to say they have improved greatly! I now get all of my prescriptions here.
Don’t use unless you have to. My prescriptions sit for days and a week at a time with no updates. Every time you call they are beyond rude like I should know they are there. I have signed up multiple times for calls and I never get one. The texting works some of the time but not always. Super frustrating when your dog has seizures and you need her meds.
I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and they have always been wonderful. Kris especially is always incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient.
