FURIOUS!! I just got home from picking up prescriptions. I told them exactly which ones. I gave them the total payment amount for them. I was in the drivethrough, so I am sure that is recorded! I get home and don't have two of them! I am leaving first thing in the morning. I can't get back tonight. Thank you SO MUCH for ruining my weekend!!

I just got off the phone with someone who was very rude. I was checking on a prescription that I put a request in on several days ago (controlled substances so you cant just refill you have to request a refill from you provider first) and have received multiple confirmation text from my PCP that it has been sent in, well it is not in Meijer's system. When I call first thing when you open, to get help. You take my number, say you'll call me back. 4 hours go by, so I call Meijer pharmacy back, for someone to basically tell me they are too busy to help me and to come in(between wording and their tone). I ask why I didn't get a phone call back, they couldn't give me an answer. The reason I asked, is bcuz it's unprofessional to forget about a customer, so you could possibly figure out where I was dropped along the way, so this doesn't happen to anyone else but nope.
